We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we are unable to rectify the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the service.

    ### **2. Eligibility for Refund**
    Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
    - The service must be reported as unsatisfactory or incomplete within **48 hours** of completion.
    - The issue must be related to the quality of the service (e.g., missed work, incorrect service, or damage caused during the service).
    - Refund requests will not be considered for dissatisfaction with pricing or scope of work that was previously agreed upon.

    ### **3. Non-Refundable Services**
    Certain services are non-refundable, including:
    - Services rendered that have been fully completed as per the agreed terms.
    - If access to the home or property was denied or rescheduled by the customer after the service appointment.
    - Purchases of non-refundable materials or products.
    - Cancellations made less than **24 hours** before the scheduled service.
